How do I track my order?
 

We deliver via Australia Post, a Tracking Number will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

What are your delivery options?
 

We deliver using Express Australia post as standard. We can offer signature on delivery, on request. We can also send larger quantities by courier, please contact us to discuss.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

To return an item contact us info@browfixx.com.au to discuss options, please do not send items back before discussing with us.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

If a courier delivery is chosen, we will send you all the details to track your order including, courier name and contact and a consignment number.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our products, once opened they are not liable for return – no exceptions. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Defective products (not including damage from shipping) and incorrect orders will be corrected in full and assessed on a case by case basis.
